Tueady, February 10th, 2009 - Heroic Mode hits Full Stride

Having made a successful foray into Naxxramas in heroic mode the week before, we realized it was time to move ito heroic raids full time. Our first official day in heroics, we cleared the plague quarter once again and successfully cleared the spider quarter this time.
We also took a couple shots at Razuvious to let our MC priests cut their teeth on the workings of the encounter. Razuvious 3, Sinful Spirits 0. |

February 5th, 2009 - Heroic Naxx Begun
|
On Thursday, February 5th, we made our first venture into Naxx 25 as a guild. While some of us had been there, we had not tackled the instance as a guild and this was our first foray out of the 10 man realm.
On our first night we cleared the plague quarter and the first two bosses in the spider quarter. |

February 9th, 2009 - Naxxramas 10 Cleared

Having slowly progressed through the ten man content, trying to ensure that as many people see the fights as we can get through the instance, we finally completed ten man Naxx.
Kel' Thuzad was felled despite a preponderance of melee DPS and we have our first EoE ten man key. Look out Malygos. |

Grand Widow Faerlina Down

| Having felled Anub'Rekhan, our adventurers trekked deeper into the Spider Wing of Naxxramas where they soon found themselves squared off against yet another boss, the Grand Widow Faerlina. Do we try taking her? I mean we ARE just here for fun, right? While our band of brothers and sisters was still debating this, one psychotic member named Kasad whispered "Fuck it" and charged. Our adventurers perished. Okay, so maybe it didn't happen quite like that. Perhaps it went something like this....confronted with this damsel of damnation and her four cohorts, the group steeled themselves for yet another drawn out fight. After some give and take, a certain bitch Faerlina found herself lying dead at the feet of the hardy priest Bjornstern and his shamanistic brethren Drenda, Waianae and Ayuko. The rest of the party had decided to take a nap. Final tally? One dead boss. Sinful Spirits 2. Naxxramas 0. What will our adventurers do next....? |

| On an off night, an intrepid band of adventurers decided to dabble in the Spider Wing of Naxxramas. Finding the baby trash there much less formidable than originally feared, they found themselves confronted by a rather large bug, believed to be the first boss in this floating tesseract. After squaring off against this locust spewing monstrosity a few times, our adventurers emerged victorious, their first boss in the new Naxxramas felled. |
